If you've been following the Channel 4 series Risking It All about entrepreneurs starting new businesses, you will have seen this week's programme on Aveda concept salon.

Face It has won the first UK Salon of the Year award from South African skincare brand Environ. The salon, in North London, sold more Environ products than any of the 350-plus stockists.

New salon stars in Chanel 4 Documentary

If you've been following the Channel 4 series Risking It All about entrepreneurs starting new businesses, you will have seen this week's programme on Aveda concept salon No More Blue.

The salon, owned by Chrissie Bolger and Geoff Sim, was followed by a film crew from its inception to its opening after Bolger replied to a snippet in HJ asking for new businesses to come forward to be featured in the programme. Filming began in February.

"The crew filmed us doing every thing, from making breakfast to attending Salon Spring, as well a; our meetings with builders and everyone else we needed to see to start the salon," said Bolgei "Setting up was stress ful and having the cameras there didn't always help, but now we've finished filming I actually fee quite sad," she concluded.
